If bet nyo coffee shop make it a coworking space instead. Kikita na kayo sa kape, kikita din kayo sa 'rent' ng table. Madami mga WFH/WAH peeps (like me) na naghahanap din paminsan minsan ng affordable coworking space.

agree sa coffee shop, its not about the product, not about the aesthetic design, its the identity where people want to be part of the community, identity, kumbaga part of the "cult". its about the feeling that you make them (your audience) feel. the power of branding (long term strategy)

some people open coffee shop is based on their being coffee lovers or having the idea from abroad (e.g. pet cafes) but lacks extensive knowledge and minsan di namamaintain after a period of time (may customers pero di na bumalik, or wrong location or di na masustain yung caring for pets) actually yun pa naman ang mga may estetik. Starbucks actually isn't that aesthetic but well, quality and convenience (tho most food di masarap) malapit kmi sa isang branch ng 'Bucks so if I crave for coffee (iba yung sariling timpla) then just go down to buy the 200 peso coffee. It's great and convenient to meet friends there or a quick stop before going home.

We don't have coffee culture like Vietnam. Doon halos magkakatabi ang coffee shops. Yung nadatnan ko noong wala pang Starbucks at iba pang stylish coffee shops, ay kapehan sa tabing daan - ang upuan at mesa ay mababa at nakaharap sa kalsada. Pagkatapos ng pananghalian, nagkakape sila ng black coffee o yung iced milk coffee. Hanggang nauso yung mga coffee shops na may barista at mga bakeshops na may coffee rin. Sa atin kasi kahit noon pa, sa bahay nagkakape.

yes, for real. Lots of coffee and milktea shops nearby nagclose na😭😭😭😭 there's one shop pa naman na favorite ko super nagulat nalang ako 1 day bigla nalang siya naging barber shop😭

What if coffee in a bottle po? Like it is more easier to consume especially for busy people, refrigerated and kukuha nalang whenever kelan gusto uminom parang cold water lang sa ref. Less hassle and more cheaper

i remember nung shs ako naging topic to sa one of our major subs, na as a business owner your mindset should focus on the target consumer/costumer hindi lang sa income. Kasi if you have this main target consumer it will be easier to know kung ano mas gusto nila so yun ang i-bbenta mo and income will come its natural way. Kumbaga you are a problem solver in this economy, ano yung gusto mong maitulong but at the same time you can earn from it.
