its not the only pump that you can control each side separately. the NCVI F1 does, the Spectra gold does.

I had the Unimom Opera pump and it allowed me to adjust mode and speed on each side individually.

okay so I did not react well to my spectra s1. I react great to my eufy s1 pro. I want a hospital grade pump though as well and had been considering the momcozy v1 pro. would you recommend this pump over that one?

That's good most parents don't need that size flange. I'll have to tell my husband they ship with flanges that will fit him.
