Climbed this and the Duomo in Florence with my husband. Never thought I was claustrophobic until we climbed them. The last bit with the narrow hallway made me dizzy. The spiral staircase at the Duomo gave me a panic attack. The views were awesome at the top but won’t ever do it again! 😭😭😭
