@iricksnacks: Say “YUM” if you would eat these Low carb High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Muffins 🍰🤤🙌 #SimplyOrganicPartner Recipe below ⬇️ What you need: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs 1.75 cups almond flour 1/3 cup oil or meter butter 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener 1/4 cup raspberries For the cream cheese filling: 2-3 tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener 1 tsp simply organic pure vanilla extract How to make it: 1. Blend your cottage cheese, sweetener, eggs & oil until smooth. 2. Fold in your raspberries and pour into a greased, parchment lined muffin tin. 3. Then mix the cream cheese filling together and scoop it in each muffin. 4. Add a little more muffin mix on top. Bake @ 375F for 20-30 mins. (Until a toothpick comes out clean) 5.
