My husband had a transplant at the end of January. Recovery is brutal for sure, my whole family is praying for Max & all of you. Moment to moment, small weekly gains will add up. Hope he feels better soon.🙏🏻

Juan, the first few weeks of my transplant were rough like that too 💜 couldn’t eat, fevers, hives, sores, pain. I’m now 20 years post transplant. Praying for you Max—I know it’s so hard buddy. Take it one minute at a time. Praying for some relief 💜

I’m glad to hear he was able to get the stem cell transplant, fingers crossed it’s successful. I tried to sign up to be a donor in Canada but unfortunatly I was 1 year too old. Commenting for reach.

Hi, I got a BMT transplant a few years ago. Didn’t have a perfect match either and had to get cord blood stem cells which was even worse. Spent 6 weeks in the hospital. If you ever need someone to talk to through the process or how to handle side effects let me know. Would love to help in any way!
