@christiandaloii_: While I stayed strict with my diet during the first year, I gave myself a bit more freedom in the second, while still eating well. So I can’t tell you exactly how much weight I’ve gained or lost right now. What I can say is that over these two years, I’ve put on around 8 kg, a mix of muscle mass and overall body weight. That being said, after a long time and a lot of sacrifices, I’m finally happy with my physique❤️
