I had the same issue with my last pregnancy & I went to a massage therapist guy who specializes in pregnancy discomfort in your hips & back & it literally was the best thing I could have done. when we walked out I thought I had made a mistake & it i was in a lot of pain but the next day I had zero pain & it was like that the rest of my pregnancy. idk how I would have got thru the last few months if I hadn't figured something out to get relief 💕
