That is true…. But pretty soon we’ll have $15T and $20T companies. So at that point, a $1.7T company is not that big comparatively speaking! Now could Space X collapse and go to 0? Yes but I think it’s highly unlikely! People are gonna get rich off of Space X and I would like to be one!

I remember when the LA clippers were sold for over a billion dollars. Everyone thought it was way too much for a team that never really won anything. What it did was that it gave other teams a value higher than the clippers when no one thought that even the Lakers were worth that much.
