He is the Chairman of the International Institutes of Advanced Research and Chidicon Medical Center, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Professor Philip Njemanze is leading international neuroscientist. He is an Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), the highest UNESCO body for Space Research.
