My sister used to drive a Toyota Camry like hers and it’s true, there’s no button you have to press to shift gears it moves way too easily so her body likely could’ve caused it to shift from drive to neutral

Airbags went off before impact, her 2018 toyota Camry had recalls for dodgy pedals, Toyota themselves said in a different trial/case their EDRs are not reliable and they daily 20-40% of the time. Also they are non linear there is a break between each recorded / accounted for data where there are no recordings of what happened. Also prosecutors edited the footage of the crash to remove where u see her breaking, also something in the pothole filled road could of made the side airbags go off but whatever did they went off BEFORE impact, they are so powerful they would not give u control of the vehicle anymore also could confuse or disorientate u also her slipper was found stuck to the pedal also dom threatened to crash the car then the long time attorney mom and family friend that is her client and a criminal flipped the story of dom threatening to crash/grabbing Mackenzie’s wheel and said it was the other way around contrary to texts released recently showing the truth with dom even taken accountability and apologising saying if anyone would of been hurt I guarantee it would be me not u- also separately to all this 2 years before the crash Dominic had reoccurring dreams of kenzie being taken away in a helicopter. Just think that is interesting no matter u think she guilty or kinda or not. One of the few official documented premonitions in our time.

The problem with her, she was highly unlikable. If she had gotten in front of a jury, between her rotten character and her parents, testimonies of people that knew her, her phone calls and her text would’ve really played a negative impact on her. She’s proven her character who she is in prison. Doesn’t take away the fact your foot was on the floor going 100 miles an hour.

Resident here. That street is a very popular cut through and bypasses the police station. It’s also a private industrial park, so cops don’t patrol or try to catch speeders. Most of us don’t believe the “dry run” theory; thus placing some reasonable doubt on premeditated. I still think she’s guilty though.
