I think this is why the pandemic was/is such a big catalyst for world change... it forced everyone to see the gap between their lived experience and what their nervous system was telling them they needed. Now we are in a slow battle of humans vs. systems, in which most of the progress requires patience and perseverance as older power holders die off.

Much of our Indigenous Cultures and Traditions thankfully still hold and practice these lores & principles within our cultural practices in our lives, THANKFULLY & have known this at the point of English-euro- settler invasions upon us worldwide. So thankful in spite of the violence upon us to this day, we have managed to retain our core language & way of life underneath the invading culture of white patriarchal imperialism & capitalism. But it has its toll too.
