I'm not super allergic to hazelnuts, they just make my lip swell up but every time we pass the Nutella I still chant "death spread!" over and over and I think that probably scares people more than making them think about how much sugars in it 😂

My favourite thing that I’ve been doing recently as someone with no food rules (and never had any lol) is eating those fibre one brownies! It lets me get a sweet brownie treat while also adding some fibre to my diet! (Most adults aren’t getting their recommended amount of fibre in a day so I love things like this!) my other favourite thing is when im cooking for myself i treat it like cooking for a toddler! Hidden veggies are a fantastic way to get more nutrients in without having to eat veggies on their own when I don’t feel like it! Also adding things like butter and salt helps a lot too! I’m very proud of how many more veggies and fibre im getting in my diet!
