My daughter has pots. We drank electrolytes, water, fans, we are so lucky she didn’t pass out. She knew by the end of SKZ we needed to leave. She knew she couldn’t handle it. Thank goodness. People were mad that we were trying to get out. It was a nightmare.

Years of choir training taught me to always bend your knees periodically when standing for a long period of time. If you lock your knees for too long, you can pass out as well

Wellbutrin gives me the heat tolerance of an 80 year old. Summer is hard. It sucks but it’s medication I need! Also did we forget that COVID infections can have long-term symptoms?

I have pots and ive literally passed out after simply standing up from a chair, and I take things to help but like you cant help passing out and I hate how people get rude about it, unless the person's super drunk its not their fault

especially if you don’t eat. it’s easy to forget to eat in busy situations, when you’re having fun, when you can’t find food. but if you’re just drinking and drinking with nothing in your stomach, the water won’t get soaked up, you’ll js piss it right back out
