Yup! And before maybe you would be happy with a 1bed but with so many people remote or hybrid they need a home office or big enough space to work and live and therefore you feel like you need a bigger starter place

Girl! After years of saving, I could only manage a two bed terrace and had to move further out of London. It’s honestly the trenches unless you are buying as a couple. Even that you both need to be on high salaries to afford a decent sized home
