Your tan is beautiful, and I love that you’re encouraging sunscreen use. As a skincare girlie myself, though, I think it’s a bit misleading to say you can protect your skin and still get a “safe” tan. I don’t fear the sun by any means, we all have to live our live. but a tan from UV exposure is, by definition, your skin responding to UV damage. I think a more accurate way to put it would be that sunscreen can reduce UV damage and lower your risk of burning while still allowing you to develop some color. I think many watching this will conclude they can copy it without any uv risk/damage. It’s not really a matter of whether damage occurred, but rather how much UV exposure and damage you’re accumulating over your lifetime ❤️
