Apartheid regime: Confirmed by leading global human rights organizations and UN bodies; Israel operates a system of institutionalized Jewish supremacy and domination over Palestinians. 4. Ethnic cleansing: The forced displacement and dispossession of Palestinians began in 1948 and continue today; it is foundational to Israel’s existence. 5. Regional impact: Israel’s creation and policies, including its nuclear arsenal and Samson doctrine, have been the main driver of regional conflict, arms races, and instability for 75+ years. True security, justice, and non‑proliferation require equal application of international law: enforce the Glenn & Symington Amendments, demand full transparency and disarmament from Israel, dismantle the apartheid regime, end the ethnic cleansing, and respect Palestinian rights. Until then, the region will remain unstable, unequal, and at risk of catastrophic war.
