INGREDIENTS: 200g high-protein Greek-style yoghurt 1tbsp /10g tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp /15g whole rolled oats 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 tbsp peanut butter ½ tsp vanilla extract Drizzle of honey METHOD Mix everything together in a bowl or jar until well combined. My breakfast is 200cal and 20g protein and keeps me fuller for longer and my black coffee is the only thing that helps my digestion. This isn’t a good quality breakfast. Eat your fats.
