The investigation revealed that the dangerous offender systematically targetted a vulnerable household to access a victim. Gallimore used the trust of a vulnerable mother as a mechanism to get near her schoolgirl daughter, repeatedly executing sexual assaults by touching the child intimately and ignoring her pleas to stop.
