Он не говорит "Для меня друг это человек с сильными убеждениями", он говорить "Для меня дркг, это некто иной, кто не сможет быть частью чужой жизни, тот кто будет бороться за свое даже со мной" (ну формулировка другая, конструкция смысла такая).
