From following your on social, I appreciate how your honesty on motherhood that your not afraid to point out the struggles and sometimes say there a times where you don’t want to deal with motherhood. Back then, it was like a taboo for a mother to say that but it’s normalized now. As mother myself of 2, Motherhood is definitely one of the most hardest yet beautiful thing to experience as a woman. Children are Blessings but also very demanding and life changing. And it’s not for everyone. Being a Mom is a 24/7JOB! So it’s crucial to care of ourself in every possible way after having them, not only 4 ourselves but our children as well. Whether it’s getting our hair, nails done, going shopping 4 ourselves or even getting back in shape as there so many treatments out there now to help achieve that like body contouring, lymphatic drainage etc… take advantage of that if u can. Make time for yourself and get your identity back in motherhood. It’s not selfish in anyway. Even though it can be hard to do so, it will only time and Patience
