The Epley is only useful for BPPV in some cases vertigo isn’t BPPV for mines anyway

I have dealt with a swaying rocking sensation for months now, it’s to the point I can’t drive long distances and getting through a work day is challenging. I have seen a ENT who ordered a VNG test now. They believe I had vertigo, got better and now this won’t go away (physical therapist said this). If I close my eyes I wobble all over, very unstable. They found my c5 and c6 disc are herniated and they’re indenting on my spinal cord, could this be contributing to the sensations? I do get a popping cracking noise in my one ear too and it aches on and off, could it be ETD? I need help so I can get back to myself 🥹

I have been suffering from recurrent episodes of dizziness and imbalance for nearly ten years. The symptoms disappear for periods of time and then return with varying severity. In some cases, the dizziness is so severe that it leaves me bedridden, while at other times I try to cope with it and continue my daily activities. I also have a cervical disc herniation (neck disc problem), and I do not know whether it is the main cause of these symptoms or if the problem is related to the inner ear, stress, or muscle tension. This situation has caused me considerable confusion, especially since it has persisted for many years and continues to recur from time to time. I can't lay flat, my head must be elevated all the time. Just turning over in bed can make the room spin. I learned the Epley Man. at PT. It usually helps get rid of vertigo but I don't want to get vertigo in the first place. I am SUPER AFRAID of vomiting and the EM scares me.

I have Balance issues. I believe are caused from my Sway back/ Straight Back. Where my weight bearing is all in the front of my feet. And I have fallen feet. I can't Lift them.
