@hopecrosby_eatss: Garlic butter chicken gyros bowls Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 1 sachet @schwartz.uk gyros seasoning 1 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp butter Fresh parsley Tzatziki- made with 100g Greek yoghurt, 1/4 grated cucumber, 1 tsp dried mint, 1 tsp garlic granules 4 potatoes - seasoned with chicken seasoning @aldiuk 50g halloumi 1 Greek flatbread Salad - tomatoes, cucumber & red onion in lime juice & parsley Method: - Chop the chicken breast into chunks and add to a large bowl, add a drizzle of oil over and season with half the packet. Stir until coated and add onto 4 skewers. Add to the airfryer for 20 minutes on 185. - Chop the potatoes into chunks and add to the airfryer, drizzle in oil and the seasoning, toss until coated and cook for 25 minutes on 185. - Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic, parsley and 1 tbsp of the gyros seasoning. Stir until melted together. - Prepare the tzatziki and salad. - Just before everything is ready, cook the halloumi and pop the flatbreads in to toast slightly. Coat both in the garlic butter once finished. - Plate up then add that delicious garlic butter over the chicken gyros kebabs.
