DHT affects hair follicles but not the hair that’s already grown out. It doesn’t work that way.

Do you do anything for your testosterone now? Mine got to 246 and my hair started shedding like crazy. Cut my dose way back to see if it helps. I had pellets and did ok except I hated the crash just before I had to have them reinserted. With pellets I went from 12 to 126 and felt great but it didn’t last as long as they said it should.

I’ve never tried anything other than trt injections and I’m an extreme hyper responder. I never had any hair loss but I’ve read a lot that transdermals and orals have a greater risk of dht conversion. If you haven’t tried injections, it might be worth a try.
