I'm not a competitive person but I also agree that we need some form of competition. if we don't lose we don't learn and if we don't learn we don't get better at what we're working towards. if everyone is a winner then winning becomes pointless.

When my son joined the track and soccer team he kept telling me how he wants to be better than everyone on his team. He’s going to be a great teammate but he wants to still be the best. I fully supported that mentality.
