This is my confirmation. Thank you so much. For years I wanted to go to medical school, but it wasn't until I earned my BSN that I realized becoming a physician was what I truly wanted. I've been looking at NP programs while also flirting with post-bacc pre-med options. I'm 51, and my plan is to spend the next two years completing my prerequisites and preparing for the MCAT. I won't lie, I wondered if the time and effort would be worth it. Seeing you start medical school in your 70s gave me exactly the perspective I needed. Thank you for sharing your journey.
