One of the biggest companies in the world just put its faith in Intel, and the stock rocketed 10 percent. And here is the bigger picture. Everyone counted Intel out, but it is quietly pivoting into a new business, becoming the factory that makes chips for other tech giants rather than trying to win the AI race on its own.
