@sosambino: I have been SO excited about trying something from @Question Beauty ! I have been stalking the brand for probably a year now and FINALLY ordered a palette. Here are my thoughts… •Formulation- 10/10… I was WILDLY impressed at soft, buttery, and blendable these matte shadows are! They blended beautifully into each other with minimal effort. The duo chromes?! 🤤🫶🏻 I am OBSESSED!! SUPER PIGMENTED but very very soft. •Packaging- Love the packaging! It’s so fun and honestly, inspiring! I enjoy the colors. I will say, on of the shadows did fall out when I was unboxing it. I was able to get it back in the pan and didn’t think too much about it. I’ve been in the industry around 14 years and understand hard it is to package shadows that are so soft. I genuinely feel they did everything to ensure the package arrived intact as the shadows had individual covers on them. • Logistics- 🫣😬 not the best experience. It did take around ten days for the package to arrive. NORMALLY, this wouldn’t have bothered me as the website stated up to 10 days… HOWEVER, the tracking was incredibly inaccurate and did not update for days at a time. I actually didn’t get notified that the palette was delivered until I reached out to the currier. With that being said, the person that responded to my email from Question Beauty was incredibly friendly and it seemed like they were genuinely interested in helping me with a solution. I recently received an email stating there is a warehouse in the US now. 👀 I am even more excited to order again and hopefully the shipping portion will go a little smoother. •For these beautiful palettes… I’d go through the same process again.
