I always have that when I brush my hair ( ALWAYS) yesterday I cut of my ends and split ends. I now take those hair gummies. I do straighten my hair but with an air straighter once a week. Does anyone have tips?

Vitamin d, vitamin c and iron! Electrolytes in water, hair mask 1-2x a week. Oils on the ends 🙏🏼

Yk what’s funny? Despite being an AD, this is an actual thing. Your water CAN break your hair off because of all the chemicals used to purify it and turn it into usable water 😭
