He confused the dog with conflicting commands. laydown, come here, then grabbed the dog violently against his fear navigation of the fence obstacle. Operator error totally!

He clearly hurt him pulling him over the fence, and the dog wasn’t comfortable coming over the fence himself. The trust wasn’t there probably hasn’t been there for a while.

You can hear the dog yelp in pain being pulled over the metal fence. I think it was Just fear and instinct along with his training to attack that kicked in.

I just know that cops heart was broken. He took the bites and still wrestling with the dog. At the end telling him he's a good boy. Cop knew it was his fault.

if my dog ever turned on me it would be the last thing it ever does. I love them them to death but I can't risk them biting my kid and if they turn on me the pack leader what would stop them from doing it to my child

He never once retaliated against the dog. Just held him down. Even reassured the dog. Shit happens. It a live animal. I’m sure he got triggered by something.
