this storyline is so fucking important to me. him standing up to finn knowing he’d potentially lose finn’s mom. but it was beautiful. a parents love for their kid should be UNCONDITIONAL and first priority and burt was that.

the scene where Burt puts Finn in his place is so important. it really highlights that no matter your intention, the language you use is important. and ending with "the place looks great", even if its not what Burt would have chosen, is so important in reinforcing that Kurt is safe and free to be himself. Burt is one of my favourite TV dads.
