Walmart wonder nation! They also will usually clearance them for $1 every few months or so! I find their brand (on the tables not hanging) run really small in the waist so size up 1 size🥰

I buy carters shorts! They all hit above the knee on my 2.5 year old. I have had luck with literally all of them including athletic type all hitting above the knee.

Baby Gap has some that are normal shorts length! However I also love the look of the shorts that are too long sometimes because I think it’s so funny and cute that they’re so little 😂

I always bought Carter’s solid shorts and don’t remember them being super long! My nephew has a lot of granimal and target shorts that are like this lol but they do seem super comfy!
