In my area its very hot and i ran out of my starter and i cannot create a new one please help 😩 i tried everything it goes nail polish smelling before becoming a starter and i tried chill water and stiffer starter nothing working

Hi Brynn, I am following your starter recipe and I’m on day 12. My starter peaked 3days in a row yesterday. So I made a 2nd jar and I did 1:3:3 but it didn’t move at all after 24hrs. So I freaked out and i did 1:2:2 on today’s feeding and it’s rising again thank God! Not sure if she’s ready for strengthening and I’m scared.

Sorry, but I need to ask you a question that doesn’t pertain to this video lol, bear with me. My bread comes out great other than the bottom crust. It is always kind of tough. I read where one woman puts a wire rack in the bottom of her pan to keep it off the bottom. Do you have any suggestions?
