HEY MAMMA! 1. You're doing a great job 2. This is only temporary. Very temporary. Just because they have reflux now, doesn't mean they will in 2 months. you do not need to be all those things at once. Pick and choose what you want. and you can change it. every morning if you want, hell, you can change it every time you take a 💩. If you need help, hire help - it can just be for a day, or a week. it doesn't mean signing a 6 month contract. This stage is hard. you don't need to be thriving at the moment, just work on surviving. and fuck the haters! You do have this - but just one moment at a time.

Hopefully not unsolicited advice. They make some twin feeding systems to prop them up. You can put infant inserts in them to also help if they are on the smaller side. Not sure how much of an upright position you need though. Reflux is so hard ❤️

It’s 12-18 months in Canada. If you take the 12 months it’s 55 % of your income before tax, you also get child tax per month but depends on your income how you get per child.

I have triplets ...we had no help .... get two pack n play ... and there is a set up with a high setting so you can put bouncers in it or the c pillows... 21 feeds a day. I have pics I can share but yeah .... We do what we got to do ... and get them used to room temp or cold bottles that will be super helpful !! ... and yeah it's a lot ... but you can do it. Also mine were 28 weekers ... 98,78,78 days in the NICU. Feel free to send me a message my triplet mom friends helped me survive... hope you have a group of triplet mom friends I also have twins ... mine are 12 and 9.

Hi 🫶🏼 I’m here from the future. Sometimes it feels like there’s no answers, but you’re going to make it through. Love a triplet mom (who had two other babies 1 year older and 2 years younger) who made it to the other side. Hang in there, you’re doing awesome. ❤️

Twin mom and both had reflux, one just slightly worse than the other. We fed in the twin Z pillow as it kept them just upright enough. Plus got them on famotidine which helped!

Girl! I had a single followed by twins born 10 months later at 29 weeks! "Irish triplets". I won't pretend to know what it's like to have all three the exact same age, I can relate on a small level. I don't have magic words for you to ease this season. All I can say is you do whats best for you and your babies! There is no "right" answer. Every family dynamic is unique with different. Be kind to yourself (that was and still is a hard one for me)

I’m going to throw out a random idea. Based on personal experience. Try taking the babies to a chiropractor that adjusts babies. Think about the birth process. Think about every organ runs off the spine ( in one way or the other), think about one of the first things to form is the spine. Think about it can’t hurt and MIGHT help with the reflux

The first year feels like a real whirlwind! It seems like you just get used to one stage and another one is coming. It *is* so hard. I can’t imagine having 3 at once. You’re amazing, you will do it. Somehow you will look back and like whoa how in the f.. lol
