@aiwithrachel: One of the most underrated AI use cases I’ve found at work: transitions. Someone leaving your team usually means: • digging through old docs • trying to remember every project they owned • hoping nothing important falls through the cracks This time, I approached it differently 👇 1️⃣ I recorded our transition meetings (with permission) so the transcripts became a searchable knowledge base. Instead of relying on messy notes, I can reuse those conversations to ramp the next person faster. 2️⃣ I used AI to organize active workstreams, summarize context, and help me identify where I needed to ask better follow-up questions before they left. 3️⃣ I turned that output into a transition tracker with projects, email threads, next steps, and all the little nuances that usually live in someone’s brain. I enjoy finding solutions to things I’m already overwhelmed by rather than feeling the need to create a product for something that doesn’t exist.
