A few years ago I was walking the boardwalk around midnight. I noticed two dudes walking behind me. One of them called out and asked for a smoke. I was sober at the time. it was kind of awkward and uncomfortable. I felt like they were sizing me up. One tried to get behind me but I kept them both in front of me. Fortunately I am a big dude.
