but... many of those arent powers. like how does this also count dor biological abilities, black bolt for example thats all genetic. the hulks powers came from the one below all, a literal god of creation. strange powers is just understanding how the universe works.

When she Said no more mutants she didnt make all mutants regular humans, she just Made there numbers smaller. Saying no more powers wouldent get rid of every persons powers because there are too many people that have them. Plus then there is a question of What you see as ,,powers,,
