How do I force myself to eat anything at all? Sometimes I deel lightheaded and know I have to eat something, but everything I can think of makes puts me off.

This makes sense, when I forget to eat I can function so normal, but after eating (Not a healthy diet) it comes the brain fog, and no energy, I just want to lay down and watch tik tok (Like now 😂)
