im sorry hun :( mine flares up in the winter and I've found that the Good Molecules Azelaic acid (i think thats how you spell it) helps to calm it. I also got this oatmeal toner from dollar tree that actually helped really well too :) everyone's skin is different, but trial and error will help to find your fix and I hope you can find someone to help calm it 🫶
