he was looking in the direction of the speeding car so chances are high he saw it + he didn't even react or turn back when the collision happened to show regret, shock or remorse. this most likely was intentional

Easily manslaughter. However, I do believe from watching the video that he’s in the car coming and he was intention to have him go out into the traffic and get hit. And that would be attempt to murder.
