Ad hominem is a logical fallacy where someone responds to an argument by attacking the character or personal traits of their opponent, rather than addressing the substance of the argument itself, in this case, that we are in a recession. I also found a clip, where Kory Teneycke founded the organization that campaigned to have Andrew Scheer removed as Party Leader of the Conservatives. Folks like Kory & Dimitri Soudas have been actively criticizing Pierre Poilievre. I believe they are working to do the same. Here’s some facts: Kory “resigned to be with family” after just one year with Stephen Harper in his role as “Chief” of communications. Dimitri was fired for interfering with his fiancées nomination in a new riding. She was a Conservative MP. Once he was fired, he then helped her cross to join the Liberal Party of Canada and bought a membership too.
