Jealousy, like anger, is such a waste of energy. Be confident in who you are and know your worth. If my man is friendly with other females, even flirts, that is a reflection of him, not of me. My goal is to understand, as much as I can, what he is looking for and what he needs. If I can't provide it, or all of it, the we work a COMPROMISE to get needs met. That's called ADULTING!

Sir- I never used to be much of a jealous person. If I had someone I understand about having female friends but you aren't really flirting with your friends you are just playing. I would have no desire to have anyone jealous of me. If I knew that my fictional man was flirting I would absolutely wonder if I was enough or if everything was still good. It’s more of a situation if you’re at an event that the other person my not know the friend crowd and you wander off and leave them to fend for themselves and leave them feeling awkward. Especially if their friends are looking at you like you don’t fit in.
