@krystelseach: Cook dinner with me 🍚🥩 This Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef is one of those dinners that takes just a few minutes to throw together, then the slow cooker does all the work. ✨ 1kg beef chuck steak, thinly sliced Sauce: • ¾ cup soy sauce • ¾ cup brown sugar • 1½ tbsp rice wine vinegar • ¾ cup water (but next time I’d personally reduce this to around ¼ cup as I found the sauce quite thin) • 1 tsp ginger • 1 tbsp garlic • 1 tbsp @nutranaturals Beef Bone Broth Paste Add everything to the slow cooker, give it a good mix, and cook on low for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender. I added broccoli for the last 20 minutes while the rice cooked, then served with rice, spring onion, and sesame seeds. 💡 The sauce is quite thin once cooked, so if you prefer it thicker, either reduce the water as mentioned above or mix a little cornflour with water and stir it through before serving.
