BUT remember folks—social media makes it seem like a fast process but OP likely spent months to a year or two working consistently on this. Doing this workout 3-4 times a week and 3-4 sets will provide results. Patience, consistency and giving yourself grace is key 🔑

I asked my personal trainer and she said it’s impossible to get this just by doing those exercises. They’re amazing tho, I’m including them in my routine but you need to consider the calorie deficit and full body workout, nothing burns calories in specific spots
