@user231067387: I am starting a new series called “Mastering Bibimbap” Bibimbap is a classic Korean rice bowl topped with assorted seasoned vegetables. The best part about bibimbap is that it’s completely customizable. You can toss in whatever veggies or protein you have on hand, making it the perfect healthy meal. For Episode 1, we’re making Korean seasoned spinach (Sigeumchi-namul, 시금치나물) as our first topping for our bibimbap. Here’s how I made it Ingredients: • 1 pack of Fresh spinach (approx. 200-250g / 8oz) • 1/2 Tbs Soup soy sauce • 1/2 Tbs Fish sauce • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic • 1 tsp Ground sesame seeds • A generous drizzle of sesame oil (approx. 1/2 to 1 Tbs) Instructions: • Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for about 45 seconds. • Rinse immediately in cold water and squeeze out the excess moisture completely. • In a bowl, toss the spinach with garlic, soup soy sauce, fish sauce, ground sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
