I'm severely overweight and I had this too. something that I noticed is that the tank tops and tube tops make it worse especially during summer. it's better to wear cotton t shirt to avoid friction and I used a magnesium deodorant. It went away.

try baby oil like the Johnson baby oil then wipe it with tissue then apply nivea creme over night
