I’ve been using the Hello anti plaque + whitening fluoride free peppermint toothpaste, and the closys ultra sensitive rinse for my 5 year old and xylitol gum after they eat something. Is that good?

Please make a video why nano hydroxyapatite is bad for kids. What tooth paste would you recommend for under 6 and when the new teeth are coming in. We have been using elementa silver tooth paste and mouth wash which has xylitol, silver nano, and calcium.

Hey Dr. Ellie,
I visited a dentist today, and she told me that I should have a small cavity filled. However, I have had several dental X-rays over the years, and none of them have shown any cavities or other issues in that area.
The dentist pointed to a small brown spot on one of my molars and said that it would be better to fill it now so it doesn’t get worse. The brown spot has been there for several years. As far as I know, it has also never shown up as a cavity on any of the X-rays I have taken so far.
Could you please let me know what you think and whether filling it would be necessary at this stage?
Thank you.
