Recipe Cake Ingredients: • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix (15.25 oz) • 1 c Greek Yogurt, room temperature • ¼ c melted butter • ¼ c oil • 2 tsp lemon extract • 4 eggs, room temperature • 1 c 7 UP Glaze Ingredients: • 1 c powdered sugar • ¼ - ½ tsp lemon extract • 2 tbsp 7 UP Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 10-cup bundt pan. 2. Combine all cake ingredients until smooth, cover bowl with plastic wrap and hydrate batter for 15-45 minutes. 3. Once done hydrating the batter mix one final time and then pour batter into cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out center mostly clean. 4. Out the oven allow cake to cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. 5. While cake cools make glaze: combine all ingredients until smooth. 6. Pour glaze on top of cake, allow to dry for 5-10 minutes then transfer to serving plate. #cake #baking #dessert #sweet #EasyRecipe
