I think a lot of people overlook the fact that most Jaegers only have 2 to 3 kills during their careers before being destroyed with a few exceptions, the precursors look like they have hundreds of just one Kaiju, I think if they really had the ability to open the breach wider for a full scale attack we’d be gone in a few days.
