I made mine in a powdered form to retain the fibers. I added corn, guinea corn, millet, tiger nuts,wheat, soya beans, groundnuts, rice and coconut. I air fried all of them and turned them into powder. I even I enjoy it more than my kids 😋

Hello mama please don't change the water during the soaking process it disrupts the fermentation process which is necessary in papa making as it aids digestion. Instead of changing the water you can just soak for 24 to 48 hours then rinse before blending
