Could you give some tips with tracking calories? I want to get a lean physique and not one as bulky as yours

I have a question I know you have to consume around .8 to 1 gram of protein times your body weight but do you change your protein intake once you lose weight ?? Or you maintain consuming the same amount as you lose weight, let’s says I’m 160 pounds and consume 160 grams of protein but once I lose 10 pounds does that mean that now I have to consume 150? Or just keep getting those 160 grams of protein?

I lost 157lbs in 2 years and didnt count any calories. track your macros but if you hyper focus on calories you get lost in it and then it kills your drive. calorie tracking is so overrated
